"Californication" star Addison Timlin is in negotiations to play the female lead opposite Anton Yelchin in "Odd Thomas," based on the best-selling novel by Dean Koontz. Timlin would play Stormy Llewellyn, the girlfriend of the title character in the supernatural thriller. (Variety first reported that Timlin was on a shortlist that included Lily Collins, who dropped out after winning the title role in Relativity's " Snow White.") The story follows a short-order cook with clairvoyant abilities who encounters a mysterious man linked to threatening forces. Timlin's profile has risen since playing David Duchovny's love interest Sasha Bingham on the most recent season of Showtime's "Californication."
