"Saturday Night Live" alum Rob Riggle is in negotiations to play the main villain in Columbia Pictures' action-comedy "21 Jump St," Variety's Jeff Sneider (@TheInSneider) exclusively reports. Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill area already set to star as two undercover cops assigned to work in high schools and colleges, based on the seminal Fox network TV show starring Johnny Depp, Holly Robinson Peete, Peter DeLuise and others. Riggle recently appeared in a trio of 2010 comedies including "The Other Guys," "Going the Distance" and "Killers," and was a regular on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show."
