TV actor Stephen Collins ("7th Heaven," "No Ordinary Family") has been cast in the role of Mr. Harter in Fox’s “The Three Stooges,” Variety's Dave McNary (@Variety_DMcNary) reports. All we know for now is that Collins' character shows up at the orphanage to adopt one of the stooges (earlier this post said he was a villain; Fox set us straight on that). Collins joins recent cast additions Larry David as Sister Mary-Mengele and Jane Lynch as Mother Superior. Sean Hayes and Will Sasso are set to star as Larry Fine and Curly Howard, respectively, and TV thesp Chris Diamantopoulos is the frontrunner to play Moe.
