After rebooting his image in 2008 action parody “JCVD,” Jean Claude Van Damme will turn to more familiar ground in the Ernie Barbarash-directed actioner “Six Bullets,” Variety's Andrew Stewart exclusively reports. Van Damme will play an ex-mercenary kidnapping expert hired by a martial arts fighter whose daughter has gone missing. The $10 million film starts shooting in western Europe and North America in August.
