JOSH STEWART BOARDS THE LAST TRAIN TO GOTHAM
Josh Stewart is the last actor to join the cast of “The Dark Knight Rises,” Variety's Jeff Sneider exclusively reports. Stewart’s role is being kept under wraps, but he joins Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis, Daniel Sunjata, Diego Klattenhoff and Burn Gorman as a newcomer to the superhero franchise (all were first reported in Variety). “The Dark Knight Rises” will be released on July 20, 2012. While Stewart previously appeared on the bigscreen in David Fincher’s “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” he’s best known for his small screen work as a series regular on NBC’s “Third Watch,” FX’s “Dirt” and most recently, on ABC’s “No Ordinary Family.” He is currently filming a sequel to “The Collector” titled “The Collection,” and recently wrapped a feature adaptation of the ‘60s TV series “The Big Valley.”
