Rebel Wilson (the kooky Brit roommate in "Bridesmaids") has joined the cast of coming-of-age comedy "Struck by Lightning" opposite Chris Colfer and Allison Janney, Variety's Dave McNary exclusively reports. Shooting began last week on the indie project. Supporting cast includes Christina Hendricks, Dermot Mulroney and Sarah Hyland.The film opens with Colfer’s character being struck and killed by a bolt of lightning and then chronicles his exploits as he blackmails his fellow senior classmates into contributing to a literary magazine he’s publishing.
