Eric Bana is in negotiations to star in the diamond-heist thriller BRILLIANT, Variety's Justin Kroll exclusively reports. Robert Luketic is on board to direct with Gillian Gorfil penning the script, her first feature writing credit. Pic revolves around a small-time criminal who joins accomplished thieves in a diamond heist. Bana was last seen in the Focus spy thriller HANNA.
