Clive Owen is attached to star in RECALL, the story of an NSA agent trying to piece together the events of a botched hostage rescue operation, Variety's Rachel Abrams reports. RAGING BULL and AFFLICTION scribe Paul Schrader wrote the script, and MERCURY RISING helmer Harold Becker will direct. As Owen's character begins to recall events and unearth the truth, he finds he can trust neither his fellow soldiers nor his own mind. Moonstone Entertainent put the project together, and filmmakers are aiming for a mid-March start date in Bulgaria and Washington D.C.
